Chip Jones

Chip is responsible for the strategic operational approach for FoneLogix. He oversees the annual, quarterly and daily operations, including budgeting, accounting and client record management. 

 

Chip earned his degree in Civil Engineering and spent several years designing large scale commercial and residential projects. Started using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software when it first came out and brought CAD to a large Southeast based consulting engineering firm. That lead him into the position of CAD Manager there where he developed policies, procedures and standards while converting all manual drafting into using CAD software at each of the firm’s multiple locations.

 

This led to him and a partner starting DecisionTree Solutions, an IT and CAD support and services company that has been in business since 2000. Chip worked for over 12 years providing CAD, computer, network and phone support for two innovative and large multi-company construction projects, which placed the design and construction management teams on the project site in trailer complexes.

 

Providing the phone system and support for these projects and other construction sites and clients led to the creation of FoneLogix in 2012. His knowledge and expertise are paramount to the unique value FoneLogix delivers to its clients daily.

 

Chip is a native-Atlantan and has always had a passion for computer networking, phone systems and cloud-based frameworks and bringing cost-saving solutions to new businesses that need it most. He graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Technical Institute in Marietta, Georgia.

Mitchell Bridges - VP of Sales & Business Development - FoneLogix

Mitchell Bridges

At FoneLogix, Mitchell Bridges is responsible for all strategic sales and marketing efforts. His focus includes developing business relationships with enterprise companies, offering digital transformation to the cloud for complex call centers, unified communications, VoIP and wireless applications.

 

Mitchell is a seasoned telecommunications sales professional with 30+ years of industry experience. He has specialized in consultative sales for over 20 years with an emphasis on major account sales and market development in the Telecom sector. He has a proven sales track record working as a trusted advisor in banking and finance, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, utility, government, education, retail, and public safety industries.

 

Passionate about technology, he has in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications/information technology industry including, ACD (automatic call distributors), call centers (inbound / outbound / blended), E911, CTI (computer telephony integration), predictive dialing, voice processing, IVR (interactive voice response), CRM (customer relationship management), ISDN, local/wide area networks, unified communications, TCPIP, VoIP (voice over IP), voice / data cabling, personal computers, Internet/Intranet, and wireless communications. 

 

Mitchell also served six years in the United States Air Force.
