Now, we’re just going to call the FoneLogix team and they will be able to do it better and quicker, which will save us a lot of time,” Jim told us.
And due to the nature of their business, much of their time is spent traveling on the road. Now, they are able to receive messages, including voicemails, in real-time from their office extensions. This will help minimize the response time to their client requests, especially those that are urgent.
