“Another aspect of this change is that the industry-standard business phones we had before didn’t have any support for it, so when there was a problem with it, I was the one who had to reprogram and/or troubleshoot. Now, we’re just going to call the FoneLogix team and they will be able to do it better and quicker, which will save us a lot of time,” Jim told us.
And due to the nature of their business, much of their time is spent traveling on the road. Now, they are able to receive messages, including voicemails, in real-time from their office extensions. This will help minimize the response time to their client requests, especially those that are urgent.
